Charge Nurse (RN) Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab (EICR) serves seniors with long-term, transitional, and dementia care needs in the heart of downtown St. Paul. As part of Fairview's Community Health and Wellness Hub, EICR is committed to delivering innovative, collaborative care. The Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub opened in 2022 to deliver a variety of services to the communityfrom primary and mental health care to enrichment options for seniors, food access programs, and community gathering spaces. The Hub brings Fairview services together with local organizationsincluding Minnesota Community Care and Sanneh Foundationto make it easier for people to access what they need to be well. We are seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for our newest Skilled Nursing Community (Transitional Care units, Long Term Care) in downtown St. Paul, Minnesota This role leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on the assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care. This position requires demonstrating sound management skills through effective problem-solving and decision-making. They are responsible to supervise in compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Standards and policies. The team includes a Director of Nursing, Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, Nursing Assistants, Social Worker, and more. This nurse leadership schedule includes: 48 hours every two weeks Part time; Day shift Every other weekend and holiday rotation Responsibilities: Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date Administers medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned Required Qualifications: Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse RN Licensure/Registered with the MN Board of Nursing Current CPR /BLS certified One to three years of experience Basic Computer Skills Preferred Qualifications: Supervisory skills Point Click Care knowledge Benefit Overview Ebenezer offers a generous benefits package, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability insurance, PTO and Sick and Safe Time, tuition reimbursement, retirement, early access to earned wages, and more Please follow this link for additional information: http://www.ebenezercares.org/employee-benefits Compensation Disclaimer An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
