Job Description:

PCMS Engineer (Plant Condition Management Software) (Plant Engineer / Quality Engineer / Corrosion Engineer/ ETC.)

Key Responsibilities:

•Responsible for designing, configuring, and reviewing all inspection plans in PCMS for assigned Sites

•Responsible for all PCMS configuration and data load activities results for assigned Sites

•Pre-review all deliverables to ensure PCMSInspection processes and principles are applied to Company standards and best practices for assigned Sites

•Provide guidance to other team members to ensure PCMS configuration is considered in all efforts for assigned Sites

•Train other users on PCMS configuration and loading

•Able to run SQL scripts to perform bulk loading and data extraction from PCMS

•Actively participate and drive data gathering and data mining efforts to ensure data accuracy and thoroughness for assigned Sites

•Help to facilitate Process Overview, Systems and Circuits Review, and Inspection Planning Review sessions for assigned Sites

•Responsible inspection history summary and grading for the assigned damage mechanisms for assigned Sites

•Working knowledge in RBI Software's like API RBI, CAPSTONE RBMI etc.

Required Qualifications:

•Engineering degree or a high school diploma/GED in Mechanical Engineering

•7-10 years' experience employed by owner-operator company as an Inspection engineer in a refinery or chemical plant

•Technically capable in PCMS Database management and SQL/ORACLE database management

•Should be able to read and understand engineering documents like P&IDs, PFDs, GADs, As-Built & Inspection Isometric Drawings, Equipment & PSVs Data sheets, etc

•MS office tools like Excel, Word, Access database

•Excellent in coordination and maintaining relationship with Customer

•Able to handle multiple tasks/activities
