Responsibilities:

• Produce financial statements in accordance with company policies and GAAP standards.
• Collaborate with CPA firm to ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns.
• Prepare for audits and work closely with auditors during the audit process.
• Oversee purchasing activities to ensure cost-effective procurement of goods and services.
• Manage daily banking activities and ensure effective cash management.
• Maintain accurate records of fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
  

Job Requirements:

• Strong experience with month-end close processes.
• Proficiency in handling intercompany transactions.
• Previous experience in cash management and/or banking.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing audits and tax return preparation.
• Experience working in a global company setting.
