This West LA based growth-stage startup ties in telemedicine, health and wellness, subscription, and pharma. They are led by a strong management team of industry experts and have a tremendous pipeline of consumer business enabling them to expand the team with the scale of the business. The company is already profitable, with 8-figure ARR, and is growing over 30% per month. Founder/CEO has led several successful venture-backed companies and has a track record of mentorship and promoting from within.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Execute campaign creation and execution of paid search campaigns across multiple engines
  • Design & build a world-class SEM program from the ground up
  • Own and create SEM strategy and implementation
  • Own all Google Ad Channels
  • Owning & create SEM strategy and tactics, owning all google ad channels, SEM ad copy, landing pages and reporting
  • Run all day-to-day campaign activities; big management, automation, performance monitoring, campaign expansion, copy and testing
  • Funnel optimization; influence every piece of the funnel throughout the user journey
  • Design and run A/B tests to determine key customer insights and optimize a user’s journey
  • Tack and measure conversion effectiveness including marketing attribution and ROI of marketing spend
  • Analyze results, report on key metrics, and optimize future campaigns based on learnings

Skills / Experience Needed:

  • 5+ Years of experience managing paid search campaigns from creation through execution
  • Expert level experience with Google Ads, Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics
  • Experience managing budgets with at least $500k in monthly spend on Google specifically
  • Prior experience working in the Agency space, at high-growth startups, direct-to-consumer, or the health Tech space
  • Proficient in keyword planning, account set up, smart bidding strategy (CPA, ROAS, enhanced CPC, portfolio bidding, target impression share), audience targeting, demographic and device segmentation
  • Has used and is comfortable with attribution methodologies including cross-platform attribution
  • Has run paid search within a performance marketing environment that leverages many channels including paid social, display, television, and direct mail
  • Customer focus approach with strong problem-solving capabilities
  • Eager to push the boundaries of what is possible
  • Strong understanding of analytics and data
  • Bachelor’s Degree
