Hours: 12pm8pm Summary: Responsible for the coordination and verification of raw material movements to and from the warehouse, ensuring inventory accuracy to meet daily needs during their designated shift. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Guide, train, and lead the inventory team to ensure accurate and timely processing of Division 7 manufacturing ingredients. Maintain inventory accuracy within the department. Verify ingredients delivered to and returned from the prep area. Execute inventory transactions required throughout the shift. Ensure departmental allergen guidelines are followed and integrity of containment (IOC) of all ingredients is maintained during material handling. Verify accuracy of lot numbers and movements in the materials system. Be a leader, teacher, and create a positive work environment. Education and Experience Six months to one year of related inventory experience. Food manufacturing experience preferred. High School diploma or equivalent.
