Overview Director, Manufacturing & Supply Chain Digital Systems Anduril Industries Anduril Industries is a defense technology company with a mission to transform U.S. and allied military capabilities with advanced technology. The Business Systems team is responsible for building and improving the digital systems that enable Anduril to accomplish its mission. This role leads ProdOS, the digital tools for manufacturing and supply chain across Anduril's product lines, and guides a cross-discipline team of product managers, software and enterprise engineers, data analysts, solution and business process architects, and other technologists to deliver solutions that enhance manufacturing and supply chain performance. As Director of ProdOS, you will build partnerships across teams, lead through influence in areas such as digital tools, process development, test engineering, supply chain, material handling, and manufacturing engineering, and develop a deep understanding of team challenges to architect and deliver solutions that drive adoption and operational leverage. You should be an agile, generalist product thinker who can dive into workflows, examine system metrics, map dependencies, and report to executives on progress and future plans. What youll do Develop the ProdOS vision to maximize impact for Manufacturing and Supply Chain users across the hardware development cycle. Serve as the single-threaded leader for ProdOS, coordinating investments from multiple teams within Corporate Technology and acting as the liaison between CorpTech and Manufacturing/Supply Chain departments. Craft an outcome-driven ProdOS roadmap with clear prioritization between urgent and important items. Communicate program progress and roadmap to stakeholders and monitor performance to ensure business outcomes are achieved. Drive adoption and enablement through change management, including training, UAT, sandbox environments, and pilots. Required Qualifications 10+ years in Product or Program Management with experience leading both technical and non-technical teams Experience at advanced and scaled manufacturing companies (e.g., automotive, aerospace, defense, semiconductor) Expertise in Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes and related software tools (e.g., MES, IIoT/Industry 4.0, PLM, QMS, Config/Change Management, ERP) Experience developing both internal (1P) and bought (3P) enterprise systems, with strong understanding of access controls, security, infrastructure, integrations, and administration Experience coordinating diverse technologist teams (software PMs/engineers, enterprise systems, data engineers, analysts) Exposure to high-rate and prototype/low-rate manufacturing processes and different manufacturing types Analytical mindset with ability to harness data to drive decisions and enrich data where needed Strong critical thinking and ability to challenge traditional approaches in technology solutions Experience influencing stakeholders from shop floor to boardroom on vision, culture, and program outcomes Proven ability to decompose problems, sequence work, and plan 1218 months ahead Excellent written/verbal communication and project management skills Ability to think systemically, act decisively, and help the business win Travel up to 33% of the time Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance Preferred Qualifications Engineering background in robotics, process automation, software/data engineering, manufacturing analytics, and applied ML/AI Understanding of modern software engineering paradigms: API-first design, event-driven architectures, microservices, loosely coupled systems, adapters, pub-sub Working knowledge of industrial controls and test engineering interfaces, including industrial protocols, driver development, and data handling Appreciation for virtual-first tools such as digital builds for DFx, safety, ergonomic assessments, and virtual commissioning Compensation & Benefits US Salary Range: $206,000$309,000 USD The salary range is an estimate based on factors including experience, education, skills, and business considerations.
