Job Summary Provide support for the placement and administration of Company's global Hull and Machinery, P&I/Excess Liability and Director's and Officer's insurance programs and required local insurance programs. Responsible for updating and tracking insurance policy endorsements and necessary documentation to the Company’s commercial market and captive insurance policies. Coordinate insurance certificates, including ordering supporting insurance certificates that may be required of Company and reviewing incoming certificates from outside vendors to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and approve within Supply Chain’s vendor set up process. Provide support for handling any property damage claims including working with operations, third party claim adjusters and insurance underwriters. Responsible for coordinating, tracking and collecting any insurance recoveries in excess of deductibles/self-insured retentions. Support the management of the Company’s captive insurance program. Support and assist in coordinating tasks for the Company’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) program. Assist in reviewing drilling contracts and vendor agreements for appropriate risk allocations. Assist in the monitoring of the Company’s insurance policy terms and conditions with brokers and underwriters and supports the evaluation and monitoring of changing exposures to ensure the Company maintains desired level of insurance coverage. Liaise with accounting group to ensure timely recording/reporting of changes to the insurance coverages. Interact with insurance brokers and underwriters as needed for insurance renewals, claim reimbursements and day-to-day administration. Assist the Senior Claims manager in various P&I crew injury claim tasks. Assist the Senior Risk Manager in responding to insurance questions within and outside of the organization. Support the tracking and placement of surety bonds and COFRS across the organization. Other projects as assigned. Support the Enterprise Risk Management program across the organization, including internal meetings and presentations to Executive Management and support leadership in reporting findings to the Board of Directors. Assist in handling of crew injury claims. Track insurance claim documentation to be submitted to insurance underwriters and other third parties for reimbursement. Liaise with necessary departments to place and maintain surety bond placements and COFRS across the organization. Contract review and insurance certificate review activities. Other projects as assigned or created. Education: Minimum Required: Bachelor's Degree - Finance or another related field. Preferred Level: ARM or CPCU desirable Experience: 5+ years in risk-related positions. Skills: Minimum Required: Superior communication skills with various internal and external parties. Basic understanding of insurance practices in the offshore energy industry. Ability to learn industry standard offshore contractual risk allocation. Function as a risk management resource for other departments. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Preferred Level: 5+ years’ experience in a corporate insurance department or insurance broker. Knowledge of insurance practices in the offshore energy industry. Understanding of contractual risk allocation practices. Provide risk management expertise within and outside of the organization. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite. Pre-Requisite/ Qualification: Must successfully complete pre-employment drug screen. Must successfully complete pre-employment background check.
