We are presently seeking an HR Generalist who will provide HR support to our employees by assisting with talent acquisition, onboarding, answering benefit questions, enabling a positive and productive work environment, etc. at the Boulder, Colorado site.

Your responsibilities:

  • Research, resolve questions and perform tasks involving HRIS, payroll, timecards, benefits, leave of absences, performance management, recognition, etc.;
  • Assist with payroll processing and attendance tracking;
  • Coordinate benefits enrollment;
  • Respond to human resources-related inquiries;
  • Understand compliance records management and maintain employee personnel records;
  • Update HRIS with employee changes and prepare reports as needed;
  • Assist in the recruitment process, post open positions, set up interviews, conduct reference checks and facilitate background checks;
  • Process termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews;
  • Schedule and conduct new hire orientation and training;
  • Process tuition reimbursement, rewards and recognitions;
  • Responsible for daily administrative tasks including verifications of employment, filing, faxing, copying and organizing departmental files;
  • Recommend best practices in HR;
  • Other duties as assigned.
Your requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field is required;
  • A minimum of two years of relevant HR experience required;
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification a plus;
  • Ability to build close relationships with senior managers, business partners and candidates;
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors a plus;
  • Experience with behavioral based interviewing and general recruitment processes;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Demonstrated experience handling confidential information;
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict resolution skills;
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks;
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality;
  • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations;
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Understand employment laws, general OSHA regulations and compliance;
  • Must be a team player;
  • This position requires use of information which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. Benefits start day 1: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Paid Time Off, Holiday Pay, PAID Maternity/Paternity leave, Tuition Reimbursement, Long-term and Short-term disability.

Pay Range: $50,800K - $57,600 per year based on experience.
