Overview:

Perform a variety of food preparation and assembly duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods, slicing
meat, cheese, and vegetables. Food assembly is done in a food processing facility where the temperature is generally
between 38 and 40. Team members wear food processing facility gear.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare a variety of foods, such as sandwiches, salads and wraps according to customers' orders or supervisors'
    instructions, following approved procedures
  • Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, or silverware
  • Meet daily production goals
  • Maintain food safety practices


Qualifications:

EDUCATION: High School/GED or equivalent experience

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

  • Ability to follow directions
  • Work in a fast-paced environment
  • Work together with a team
  • Pay close attention to detail
  • Complete work tasks thoroughly
