Quality Inspector:Responsible for performing basic and routine electronic and mechanical assembly operation on components, printed circuit boards, and subassemblies along with installing and assisting with testing unmanned ground vehicle systems in various vehicles at Micro Systems or customer facilities. Apply appropriate processes, procedures, safety measures and tools to support ground vehicle system assembly and installation.Shift and Pay:7 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday 9/80 schedule ( off every other Friday)$18.00- $21.00/hr based on experienceDescription:Will be required to inspect out sourced circuit card assemblies and cables visuallyConduct and provide guidance on performing mechanical and electrical inspectionsConstruct files for maintenance of quality dataConduct and document process auditsCorrect identified discrepancies and perform root-cause analysisRecommend corrective and preventative actions for identified discrepanciesIdentify packaging, preservation, and shipping processes to assure compliance to contractual requirementsAssist in performing process and procedure analysisAssist in implementing self-inspection programPerform documentation duties with the use of a computer, maintaining a paperless manufacturing environmentAbout Aerotek:We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
