What You Will Be Doing:

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Technical Project Manager to lead and drive digital projects within the food and beverage manufacturing sector, focusing on Industry 4.0 initiatives. This role demands strategic alignment, fostering innovation, and enhancing efficiency in production processes. The ideal candidate will possess a sense of urgency, the ability to meet tight deadlines and be self-motivated, agile, and results-focused.

Primary Responsibilities:

Lead the strategy and execution for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing digital projects.

Define and communicate project scope, objectives, and expectations.

Identify project resource requirements and resolve resource constraints.

Build and manage project schedules, tracking activities, and ensuring deadlines are met.

Manage roadblocks and implement risk mitigation plans.

Coordinate and facilitate project meetings and reviews.

Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to cross-functional team members and leadership.

Manage project budgets and ensure commitment to return on investment.

Ensure project goals align with company objectives and are clearly defined.

Execute change management for each project.

Manage stakeholders and align deliverables.

Identify continuous improvement opportunities in the digital space.

Participate in portfolio management and maintenance activities.

Travel approximately 20-50% depending on project needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering, automation, or a science field strongly preferred, or equivalent experience.

PMP Certification preferred.

5+ years of project management experience.

7+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Experience with waterfall, agile, scrum, and SDLC project methodologies.

Proficiency in Microsoft Projects or equivalent tools.

Strong presentation skills.

5+ years of manufacturing system integration experience (PLC, SCADA, MES, ERP).

Applied knowledge and understanding of ANSI/ISA 95 Standard.

Experience in food or beverage manufacturing preferred.

Experience working with multiple cross-functional teams simultaneously preferred.

Experience with process qualification and validation in the pharmaceutical or food industry preferred.

Pay:

$75.60 - $108 /hr.
