Responsibilities To teach dietetic majors and non-majors undergraduate-level courses in the field of food and nutrition, including, but not limited to: Basic Nutrition Food Service Management Food Service Operations Quantity Food Production Medical Nutrition Therapy Other related courses Minimum Qualifications M.S. in Food & Nutrition, Nutrition Education, or Clinical Nutrition required. Preferred Experience Experience in Clinical Nutrition or Food Service Industry. Experience teaching college level courses. Ability to maintain state-of-the-art analytical instrumentation and incorporate it into courses. Benefits Qualified applicants will be called if a position becomes available.
