At Meta Reality Labs, we build tools that help people feel connected anytime, anywhere. Our mission is to create the next computing platform by placing people at the center of emerging hardware and software technologies, whether they're on the go with AI and AR wearables, at home, at work, or fully immersed in alternate virtual reality worlds. The Wearables Systems & Technologies Technical Program Manager will be part of one of the most exciting product lines in the industry - Meta's AI and Augmented Reality devices. Building on the strong momentum of the Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, this role will focus on expanding the portfolio of AI and AR wearable products in the future. We are looking for leaders to lead complex cross-functional business outcomes for our current and future products, ranging across software systems, software development infrastructure, novel software technologies such as AI, developer ecosystems, and customer focused product experiences. This is a highly visible role, requiring an experienced leader with strong technical skills and business acumen, skilled at communicating with all levels of the company. We look for technical program managers who care deeply about the products they work on, who are natural motivators, cross-functional relationship builders, and champions for driving the right level of process to ensure smooth and predictable program execution in a fast-paced innovative environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical program management for device consumer products and will have demonstrated experience leading large initiatives across multiple product, software and hardware teams.
