Y-Planet is the premier agency in North America, renowned for its team of over 1000 creators and talents dominating leading short video platforms like TikTok and Instagram. Recognized as a Top TikTok Verified Live Partner in the US/CA/AU, we are rapidly growing in the live streaming industry.

Salary: $5000 + commission fee
Duration: Minimum 4 hours/day Type: Hybrid (onsite minimum 3 days/week)

Responsibilities:
- Supervise TikTok hosts, managing live broadcast content and script development. Assist hosts in analyzing live broadcast data, improving speaking proficiency, engagement, interaction, and conversion rates to maximize earnings.
- Maintain company presence on TikTok, overseeing social media account administration, content curation, material compilation, video production, editing, and comprehensive data analysis for operational enhancement and promotion.
- Coordinate hosts' offline events, ensuring smooth execution and promptly adjusting strategies for optimal marketing effectiveness and desired outcomes.
- Willingness to go live on our official account to recruit creators.

Requirements:
- Proficient in TikTok, live streaming, and social media marketing on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, etc.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in creator operation and management.
- Strong communication skills, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
