As a Product Manager you will own the execution of the product roadmap and work with Product executives, Product leaders, Designers, Business Analysts, other Product Managers, and cross?functional teams in successfully executing the product vision for Merchant Services. CSG / Forte Payments processes hundreds of billions of dollars in payments every year for a hundred thousand plus merchants across various industries providing them with an omnichannel payment solution. Our Merchant and Partner platform, dex, is a central point for Merchants and Partners to set up and access their accounts, products and services, get insights, and manage their payments, customers, employees, and disputes. As a Product Manager for our Merchant Onboarding, you will play a key role in enhancing our solution that increases adoption and in turn increases revenue for our business. Responsibilities Own the execution of the roadmap Work with the Product executive, develop product requirements, and partner with the delivery team to take it to the finish line. Contribute to product strategy, and vision by identifying market opportunities, market threats, industry trends, competitor and regulatory changes to position products and features to increase revenue Work closely with internal teams and when and where needed with external customers to understand and evaluate merchant needs Use both qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritize customer pain points to solve Scope new initiatives, get senior leadership and executive alignment and coordinate with cross?functional teams where required Not only ship new features / products, but continually monitor and makes recommendations on process and product improvements Operate independently, with minimal supervision to effectively identify solution approaches, prioritizing features, and escalating appropriately Be responsible for managing Epics and collaborate closely with internal Agile teams in adding items to the product backlog. Understand the P&L around the products they support and uses that information to influence project requirements and direction. Be comfortable in a fast?paced environment, comfortable with change and ambiguity Collaborate with internal teams in problem solving while develop constructive working relationships that demonstrates CSG's core competencies and values Qualifications Have 5+ years of prior B2B product management experience managing in an agile software development environment, taking SaaS products from concept to launch and iterating through versions to improve the experience. Having prior payment experience is a plus Have a bachelor's degree or equivalent software engineering experience. Computer Science or Math is a plus Have excellent verbal and written communication, research, analytical and problem?solving skills while using data to make decisions Have advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Have previous experience using design thinking framework to discover customer problems and to validate usability and value of proposed solutions Perks & Benefits Work from Home Employee Belonging Groups Healthcare: Dental, Medical, and Vision Paid Vacation, Volunteer, and Holiday Time Off And so much more Position Pay Range: $95,077.22-$152,123.54.
