The compensation philosophy reflects the Companys reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Position Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Professional will develop relationships with Hiring Managers and Human Resources to design and drive successful recruitment strategies to meet the needs of the business. This is a significant role for the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, as it will be the first point of contact for external and internal talent. The Senior TA Professional will take on a Lead role to help support the TA team.
Position Responsibilities May Include, But Not Limited To
Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process required to support hiring needs of the business
Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs, develop and execute recruitment strategies and support hiring decisions
Provide strategic and creative methodologies for recruiting top talent
Conduct full cycle retail recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, posting positions, and screening talent
Understand recruiting metrics to accurately assess the effectiveness of current and previous recruitment strategies as well as drive process improvements
Support workforce planning and recruiting projection process for the organization
Provide support and guidance to hiring managers as it relates to interviewing, candidate evaluation and selection
Responsible for training other members of the Talent Acquisition team and becoming subject matter experts (SME) on processes and technologies
Customer service-oriented professional that has experience managing Field exempt (Supervisor and above) and corporate roles along with experience with talent pipeline development
May also support with early talent/on-campus TA strategy and talent pipeline development
Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills And Experience
Bachelors Degree in related field with 3+ years related experience or High School Diploma with 6+ years of related experience
Experience in corporate or staffing agency environment, managing diverse staffing needs across the business
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or other HRIS systems
Ability to develop strong relationships and communicate with all levels of the organization
Previous knowledge in staffing and recruitment initiatives
Excellent communication and writing skills
Ability to multi-task between many different projects
Strong relationship management and influencing skills and demonstrated ability to build relationships
Strong customer-service orientation, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and desire to deliver end to end solutions.
Excellent technical skills; in-depth knowledge of applicant tracking technology and general Microsoft applications; familiarity with best practices in social networking; ability to leverage technology to attract candidates and drive effective and efficient operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills: ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Travel requirement: 15%
This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test
