You will assist with management of adult patients receiving care in our outpatient cancer centers receiving oral and infusion oncolytics. Patient care activities include: patient education, therapeutic drug monitoring; approved pharmacy managed protocols; review of chemotherapy orders; supervision of sterile compounding activities and provision of drug information and optimizing drug therapy.
