Job Description

We are seeking a civil/site engineer to assist with various aspects of the Civil engineering portion of projects under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Civil Engineer. Responsibilities include designing land development projects as part of both stand-alone and multi-discipline design teams. The role involves performing conceptual studies, design analyses, calculations, and site design for buildings, subdivisions, infrastructure projects, and business development activities.

Hard Skills

+ Civil degree (ABET-accredited)

+ EIT Certification or PE License preferred

+ Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D

+ Experience with site plans

+ Experience in designing sites, roadways, subdivisions, or utilities

+ Development of manual calculations

Soft Skills

+ Ability to work under supervision

+ Ability to collaborate in team settings

Work Site

This is a hybrid position.

Work Environment

Monday to Friday position, hybrid work schedule after training, hiring for Virginia Beach, Richmond, and Vienna locations.
