Role Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging classroom training, both virtually and in person, for our customers, partners, and members of our internal sales force.
- Develop and maintain expertise on your designated Brand and Products.
- Continually identify learning needs of target audiences and seek out opportunities to expand our customer reach.
- Collaborate with Training Manager to improve training materials and share innovating ideas and stay up to date on trends in the product and customer training fields.
- Participate in Train-the-Trainer session with large accounts.
- Keep stakeholders up to date on the status, effectiveness, and roadmap of your training programs to foster maximum utilization of your expertise and training.
- Assist the Training Team as needed for consistency in training deliveries and philosophies.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in business, engineering, education, communications, or other related program of study preferred.
- Proficient in delivering technical training using learner-focused activities for a broad range of audiences.
- Experience in the Electronic Security Industry (CCTV, Access Control) preferred.
- Experience in training performance coaching and enablement
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills, both in-person and virtually
- Experience managing classroom groups of up to 15 participants and facilitating breakout and group activities.
- Ability to travel for business needs.
- Ability to lift training material up to 50 pounds.
