Organizational Change Manager

- Drive faster adoption and increased proficiency for employees with changes in daily work, resulting in increased benefit realization, value creation, ROI, and achieving results
- Provide support to employees, managers, stakeholders, and sponsors during the change transition
- Adopt tactics to strategize, implement, and maintain program change activities
- Develop, implement, and reinforce change readiness assessment activities that evaluate and improve understanding and adoption
- Ensure visibility and transparency to program sponsors, stakeholders, and team members
- Coach senior leaders, executives and project team members in support of fulfilling the critical role of change management sponsorship
- Support and coach people managers and supervisors as they manage change in their teams
- Support project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities with project plans.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- Apply a structured change management methodology, preferably modeled against PROSCI and Kotter methodologies
- Design and lead change management activities by conducting and communicating: current and future state analysis, stakeholder analysis, impact analysis, readiness assessments, risk analysis, risk mitigation planning
- Lead the design, development, delivery and management of key communications
- Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs
- Facilitate and manage communication and tactics with change agents selected for the change network(s)
- Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance in collaboration with key stakeholders, business partners, and change agents
- Create actionable plans and activities for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training Plan, Resistance Plan, and any other extended plans to support change adoption
- Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities
- Evaluate and ensure user readiness
- Track and report issues
- Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress
- Organize and monitor inter-connected projects change activities across the organization
- With Program Manager, ensure realistic goals and timelines are established while managing uncertainty and conflict
- Collaborate with Program Manager and project team to resolve problems and delays in the program
- Identify the people, process, and culture changes required to adopt the change by creating plans to manage/implement, and drive to completion
- Oversees phase gates, acceptance criteria establishment, and sign-offs against that criteria from a change readiness perspective
- Influences a blended team of FTEs and Contractors
Education & Experience:
- 15+ years of complex, large-scale, technology change management experience
- Thorough understanding of change management techniques and methods, performance evaluation, and change management principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint, Azure DevOps)
Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
