Litigating Attorney | Personal Injury

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Litigation Personal Injury Attorney to join our legal team. As a key member of our firm, you will represent clients in various stages of litigation, from initial consultation through trial and appeal if necessary. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, with experience handling complex cases involving serious injuries and wrongful death. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to client advocacy, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
Responsibilities:- Firm understanding of Personal Injury law
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall incidents, and more.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of applicable laws, regulations, and precedents.
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, discovery requests, and responses.
- Prepare for and participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable outcomes when possible.
- Maintain clear and frequent communication with clients to update them on case developments and address their concerns.
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to manage caseload efficiently and effectively.
- Handling medical reviews, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery
Qualifications:
Requirements and skills:
- 2+years of experience practicing personal injury law, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
- Strong litigation skills, including experience with all phases of the litigation process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Client-focused approach with a dedication to providing high-quality legal representation and achieving justice for clients.
- Team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to a positive work culture.
- Trial experience preferred but not required.
- Being bilingual (English / Spanish) is a Plus
