Base pay range $25.00/hr - $25.00/hr Position Overview As a Prep Lead at Lovely's, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of food and ingredient preparation. You will be responsible for establishing and following the daily prep list to ensure pars are met. Shift Availability Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday 10-2:30/3pm Responsibilities Working with the team to prepare necessary recipes, Mise, and service components for the day/week. Follow established recipes and guidelines for consistency in taste and presentation. Maintain a clean and organized workstation. Inventory receiving. Actively communicate and collaborate with Chef and Manager. Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient shift. Qualifications 3+ years of kitchen experience. Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food safety practices. Ability to work effectively and urgently in a high-volume environment.
