Job Title Data Transfer and De-conversion Analyst What does a successful Data Transfer and De-conversion Analyst do at Fiserv? You will work directly with Fiserv clients to transfer or de-convert their existing card portfolios. You will be a part of a team, comprised of project managers, data analysts, and programmers who perform an initial review of a client’s requirements, write the programs and processes, and assist with the testing and loading process. What you will do: Cobol programming and running of implementation job streams

Test and validate output, reports, and financial balancing

Technical data mapping analysis

Deliver and execute project milestones for the full project life cycle from initiation through project closure

Design and document complex technical requirements for business applications

Partner with business analysts to identify business needs and appropriate technical solutions

Ensure quality of conversion suite including holding quality inspections, debug complex code and processes

Build partnerships with clients, product owners, application development teams, and program management colleagues

What you will need to have: 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Windows, COBOL, Mainframe applications, IBM JCL, and TSO/TPX

3+ years of IT or Business Analysis experience

3+ years of experience in a client-facing role

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and military experience

What would be great to have: 3+ years of de-conversion experience preferred

Experience with and knowledge of Fiserv production programs and processes

Experience in stakeholder management

Understanding of the Issuing Industry and associated products

Experience in converting to new processing platforms
