Summary - 30 hours per week
We are looking for a dedicated, Customer Support Representative who will be able to provide exceptional customer support to our members. The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about the customers journey and knows what it means to go above and beyond as an advocate for TYT customers. You must be compassionate and empathetic in difficult situations and have urgency in solving the customer problem.
Responsibilities
You will creatively assist customers with issues related to TYT memberships You will research, analyze, and resolve customer questions and requests according to the TYT Guidelines Gain and maintain technical understanding of TYT platform In reference to customer needs you will coordinate with Producers, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, etc. You will maintain appropriate records and performs related administrative and clerical functions You will create and prepare documentation and reporting as needed and document all customer interaction with tagging Perform initial triage and troubleshooting of issues
Desired Skills and Experience
You have one or more years of experience as a Customer Support Representative or related role. You bring excellent customer service skills as well as outstanding communication skills with a strong follow through You are able to communicate in technical and non-technical terms depending on audience You have the ability and desire to thrive in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment You are self-motivated and highly organized with a strong attention to detail Attention to detail, follow-through, and accountability Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to creatively resolve difficult situations (both technical and non-technical) You have a positive can-do attitude, hands-on style and willingness to take on ad-hoc tasks as needed You are confident with Microsoft Excel, Word, Google Sheets, & Google Docs Experience with HelpScout and Platform is a significant advantage Patience and enthusiasm for explaining complex concepts to a diverse audience
