This position also manages all company tradeshow events. This position also provides customer service and order management for customer accounts.Essential FunctionsProvide graphic design for all Webb Wheel business cards, brochures and other marketing literature and presentations; oversee printing of marketing literature by outside vendorsProvide booth design, display parts, and setup for large industry trade shows; assist in industry trade shows as neededEnsure adequate activity and postings on Webb's Social Media platformsPerform photography and videography for marketing materials and presentationsMaintain company websiteParticipate on the company newsletter teamDesign and order promotional material and maintain inventory in stock roomAnswer customer questions and resolve issues, including technical callsProcess literature and promotional material requestsComplete daily, weekly and monthly reports as assignedWork with our OE corporate offices on promotions & advertising programsWork with our OE corporate offices on product offerings and parts in their systemMember of Material Review BoardPerform 80/20 analysis on parts offering Assist in launching of new products with marketing material and communicating with customersCustomer employee training - technical, customer programs, customer servicePosition Qualifications Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft OfficeMust have strong communication skills, both oral and writtenMust have extensive Graphic Design skillsMust have good organizational skills and be detail-orientedMust be a team playerMust have strong interpersonal skillsExperience2-5 YearsPrevious graphic design and marketing experienceFollowing receipt of a conditional offer of employment, candidates will be required to complete additional job-related screening processes as permitted or required by applicable law.We are an equal opportunity employer, and all applicants will be considered for employment without attention to their membership in any protected class.
