Job Description
Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Specialty: Float/Rehab - Inpatient

Job Duration: 13 weeks

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week

Experience: 1 year of Inpatient Rehab experience required; Travel experience preferred; Must be willing to float to MedSurg or Behavioral Health

License: Michigan RN License

Certifications: BLS (AHA)

Must-Have:
- EPIC experience is a plus
- Candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius from the facility

Job Description:

- Assess and evaluate patient health needs, nursing care requirements, and delivery of nursing care for all assigned patients.
- Plan and prioritize patient care to effectively meet healthcare needs.
- Implement nursing actions in accordance with established nursing practices and policies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of care provided to ensure quality and timely completion of patient-related issues.
- Demonstrate self-management and accountability in delivering responsible patient care.
- Exhibit effective communication skills and maintain strong interpersonal relationships.
- Assume responsibility for personal development and assist with the development of other staff members.
- Work every other weekend as part of the job shift requirements.
