If you are interested, please refer to JOB ID# 75070 Full-time permanent placement BC/BE in Anesthesia Varied case mix including Cardiac, Neuro, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Ortho, General 11 MDAs/30 CRNAs 4:1 CRNA supervision staffing model Compensation floor of $585,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor based on group production... upside potential $825,000 In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)...
