The following challenges await you:
•Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, including verification of supporting documentation, coding, and entry into the accounting system.
•Administer general and cost accounting activities in performing all general ledger functions and keep custody of accounting books, records and forms.
•Initiate vendor payments in a timely and accurate manner.
•Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure proper approvals, purchase order matching, and resolve any discrepancies.
•Handle inquiries from vendors/customers regarding payment status, account balances, and invoice details
Conduct month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including accruals, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts and reporting.
•Process and distribute calculation of commissions for commercial team.
•Perform regular checks and audits to ensure prevailing processes and authorization procedures are adhered to at all times.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices in invoice processing and payment workflows.

Your Profile:
•Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting, MBA, CPA or CMA are beneficial.
•3+ years equivalent experience in manufacturing or management accounting.
•Broad understanding of business issues, functional and cross-functional project experience.
•Excellent oral and written communication, ability to think on feet and interact comfortably with Senior Management.
•Solid presentation skills and ability to effectively communicate to all levels of financial information users as well as vendors and industry experts.
•Excellent knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards and practices.
•Experience with financial systems, statements, reports, different ERP systems (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, ECI M1 and MAX) and MS Office (esp. Excel).
•Thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and reporting needs.
