This pivotal role involves: Strategic Planning: Analyzing staffing needs, crafting innovative recruitment strategies, and forecasting hiring requirements aligned with organizational goals and workforce trends. Full-Cycle Management: Overseeing the entire recruitment & onboarding process from start to finish. Collaboration: Partnering with the recruitment team, hiring managers, and external vendors to streamline efforts. Tracking and Reporting: Monitoring key metrics and providing insightful reports. Process Improvement: Developing and optimizing recruitment processes and metrics. Performance Support: Enhancing performance initiatives and driving success.
