A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with people all day. Customers will be happy to see your smiling face in the office when they enter the branch. Your top priority will be to provide them with an exceptional sales and service experience. You will be tooled with the knowledge and resources to be able to assist customers with their financial needs. Each customer is unique and your job will be to ask questions and listen to be able to provide banking solutions that meet their unique needs.
