This role goes beyond order entry and issue resolutionour Account Managers build and maintain strong relationships, identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to continuous process improvements. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and confident demeanor. Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. A positive, assertive, and customer-centric attitude with a passion for building lasting relationships.
