As the Market Strategist, you will be the strategic mastermind behind our marketing initiatives, responsible for deeply understanding our End User customer segment, their buying behaviors, value drivers, and needs. You will craft the strategy and oversee the development of campaign plans to deliver on business growth objectives for this customer segment. We are at an exciting inflection point in our business, where it is time to reimagine our approach to campaigns and drive impactful results through targeted strategies. This full-time position reports to the Marketing Planning Manager and is based at our Cary, North Carolina or South Burlington, Vermont office.

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer segments, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategy development.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to translate business objectives into targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Develop comprehensive campaign plans, including objectives, messaging, tactics, and KPIs.
  • Oversee the execution of campaigns, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timelines.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results.
The team you will be joining:
  • This multi-talented inbound and outbound marketing and ecommerce team consists of customer marketing managers, digital marketers, writers, designers, and communications experts who endeavor to show the world why OnLogic is the first choice in Industrial Computing. You'll find them developing marketing campaigns, curating our social media channels, penning website content, and laughing daily at each other's terrible jokes. They're a collaborative crew that works hard to position the brand, generate demand, and deliver a delightful customer experience.

Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience developing campaign strategy for B2B customer segments; experience within the tech industry preferred.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of driving impactful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex marketing challenges.
  • Project management skills to oversee campaign planning and execution.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $110,000 to $140,000. We determine final compensation based on discussions with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
