Vanuit onze hubs, op centraal gelegen plekken, bezorgen wij op e-bikes boodschappen binnen 10 () minuten. We groeien Flink hard, dagen onszelf continu uit, zijn in alle grote steden werkzaam en zullen in 2022 nog verder uitbreiden.

**Functieomschrijving**

* Je bent de rechterhand van onze team lead;

* Je handelt klant vragen en klachten af;

* Je motiveert en coacht ons customer care team;

* Je bent de "buddy" van onze newbies en assisteert bij hun onboarding;

* Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het reguleren van de pauzes en het beheren van de roosters;

* Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het zorgen voor een soepele werkflow voor het team;

* Je wijst taken toe aan agents gebaseerd op de individuele skillset.

**Functie-eisen**

* Je hebt ervaring in een klantgerichte functie;

* Je hebt sterke communicatie skills;

* Je werkt graag gestructureerd en je hebt een groot verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;

* Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;

* Je bent vriendelijk, klantgericht en leergierig;

* Je werkt graag in een snelle werkomgeving;

* Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met Google Workspace en Slack;

* Je hebt een Hand on mentaliteit en je hebt een sterk probleemoplossend vermogen;

* Je bent flexibel beschikbaar van maandag t/m zondag van 08.00-00.30;

* Je bent voor minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar.
