Administers Trust Department Accounts 70% Meets with and prepares written communication to owners/beneficiaries to review client accounts Reviews account transactions, directs disbursements, allocates income, prepares monthly account reviews Prepares and presents accountings for foundation accounts and court accounts as required Sets and monitors investment allocations/investment objectives Provides communication and validation of investment goals/objectives with clients Oversees preparation of annual distribution reports for Trust IRA clients Oversees proper notification is prepared and sent to clients and beneficiaries of Insurance Trusts Confers with vendors, accountants, and attorneys 10% Nurture, maintain and enhance current relationships with CPAs and Attorneys in the local surroundings for current Clients and possible future business. Education & Experience

Four-year college degree in accounting, finance, business or equivalent desired. Three years personal trust administration experience preferred. Must possess courteous and professional customer service attitude; excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting professionally with clients (both pleasant and difficult situations) and relating to other co-workers; ability to maintain the integrity of highly confidential client and Bank information. Must possess strong computer skills, technical ability to input and retrieve computerized information; strong mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, fractions, percentages, decimals); legible handwriting. Must be able to deal effectively with time pressures and stress that can change hourly depending on level of client activity; effective problem solving and technical research skills. Must be a self-starter and independent thinker and meet goals as outlined by Vice President Trust Manager. About

Work is performed largely in an office environment with minimal chance for personal injury. Regular contact with clients and co-workers. Occasional out-of-town and overnight business travel (air or auto) is required for business and education. Regular mental and visual concentration for computer usage required. Regular use of telephone. Regular use of keyboard for approximately 6 hours per day. Receive and provide detailed information through verbal communication. Requires near, mid-range, and far vision; field of vision. Will alternate sitting, standing, and walking throughout work shift. Bend, turn, lift and carry up to 20 pounds in documents and office supplies. Climbs stairs. Hours of work are generally during regular business hours and average at least 40-45 hours a week. There will be some variation in work hours due to special projects, deadlines, community events, and other concerns.
