Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and consultation to clients on accounting and financial reporting matters. Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS. Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to enhance financial accuracy and compliance. Conduct financial analysis and present findings to clients to support decision-making processes. Oversee and manage client audits, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Identify areas for process improvement and recommend best practices to clients. Stay current with changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure clients are informed and compliant. Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality consulting services. Mentor and guide junior accounting staff, fostering their professional growth and development. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
