Staff Accountant . This role involves performing a variety of accounting tasks, including preparing financial statements, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and company policies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a keen eye for accuracy. QUALIFICATIONS Education: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or other business related fields required. Experience: 2 years of accounting experience DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities will include but not limited to: Prepare and complete supporting schedules to monthly financial statements. Prepare monthly financials for programs and agency. Reconcile and invoice inter-company accounts. Complete reconciliations for various accounts as needed on Trial Balance monthly, for Intercompany, Restricted Funds, Pledge, and others as needed. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries as needed. Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly invoices and reports for non-system contracts. Flexibility and adaptability are essential to this position. Cross-training in job duties of other office staff as appropriate. Provide Audit support as needed for Leaf and related entities. Provide support with preparation and gathering of information for 990's for Leaf and related entities. Assist with Budgets, Proposals and Analytics as needed. Must communicate appropriately and effectively with all program facilities, their staff, and the public.
