The team in which this position is open is embarking on designing a state-of- the-art network automation provisioning system for Swift’s customer connectivity evolution. This connectivity evolution will be provided as a service on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud Platforms for Swift’s customers. In this role you will:

Report to Network Automation Development team manager, participate in architecture discussions, design of the new provisioning automation solution. Implement the approved design adopting the Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment/Continuous Testing process.

Work closely with the Architecture team to design the solution Interact with members of the team which provides Continuous Integration / Continuous deployment framework Learn Swift’s environment from seniors in the team Become familiar with the qualification and production environment to provide support. Opportunity to learn Software Defined Wide Area Network architecture

What will make you successful?

We are seeking professionals with:

Bachelor’s degree Practical hands on Java development experience Should have developed API’s using springboot framework Looking for 2-5 years experience in the above areas Good debugging skills on problems faced during development and testing Exposure to common Linux command line tools and utilities

Preferred qualifications:

Exposure to Networking technologies is a plus Development of yaml playbooks using Ansible Technical knowledge of the Linux Operating System is a plus Exposure to non relational Database architecture

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position in Virginia is 74,830 MINIMUM to 138,970 MAXIMUM USD. Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. Our compensation packages include a competitive base salary and bonus opportunity for all employees contingent on personal and company performance.
