Class A Transfer Driver

Do you have a passion for driving but prefer to be home nights and weekends?

Do you have 2 years of experience operating a Class A tractor trailer with a standard transmission?

If so, you may be our ideal candidate

We are looking to hire a self-driven individual with experience operating a fork lift and driving a Tractor Trailer to make deliveries to our sister Alumiunum Extrusion Plant.

The ideal candidate will be self motivated and will be responsible for ensuring that all extruded aluminum material will be delivered to our sister location in a damage free and timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Class A Tractor Trailer License
  • Experience with driving Standard Tractor Trailer
  • Some knowledge of building materials and/or construction
  • Experience driving a Forklift and loading a Flat Bed Trailer.
  • Mechanically inclined
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
  • Team Oriented
  • Ability to Multi-task
  • Keep vehicles and warehouse clean.
  • Be on time for work.
  • Be ready to work when you're scheduled to work.
  • Maintain a safe work environment.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Follow all safety procedures as outlined by supervisors.
