The Customer Service Representative position earns a competitive salary at $21.00-$23.00/hour, depending on experience. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
  • Researches claims and coordinates information from other departments to respond to customer inquiries.
  • Works collaboratively with other internal department personnel to resolve customer inquiries.
  • Authorizes adjustments to billing in order to resolve customer service issues.
  • Works with dental office personnel to clarify subscriber's coverage level, identify allowable procedures, and resolve billing issues.
  • Maintains positive rapport with dental office staff members to ensure a positive image of Northeast Delta Dental.
  • Composes and sends written correspondence via mail or email to subscribers and purchasers to answer questions, clarify benefits, or respond to inquiries.
KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES / SKILLS:
  • Two years of related experience, or equivalent training, experience, and/or education
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • A happy attitude
  • We want someone who will be warm and empathetic with customers and will diligently seek accurate answers to their questions

WORK SCHEDULE

The work schedule for this position is Monday - Friday, 8:50 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. This is an onsite position located at One Delta Drive in Concord, NH.
