THE JOB:

As a Lounge Runner at Mandalay Bay, you'll be responsible for supporting the lounge staff by delivering food and beverages to guests. You will be ensuring that guests have a WOW experience by maintain the cleanliness of the lounge areas, answering any guest requests and being able to describe all dishes and beverages while they enjoy the ambiances of our lounge areas.

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Greet and provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Deliver food and beverages to guests in the lounge area promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist lounge staff with set-up, service, and clean-up.
  • Ensure all lounge areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and communicate effectively with the lounge team.
  • Describe menu features as needed as well as food upon placement on the table, answering questions pertaining to the dishes.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Must either possess the ability to obtain or currently hold a TAM card and a Food Handlers Card.
  • Prior work experience within a high-volume restaurant as a food runner or server.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, which may include weekends and holidays.
  • Describes themselves as detail oriented.
  • Can handle multiple tasks at one time.

THE STARTING PAY:

  • $13.95 per hour + tips

  • On-Call
