You will be responsible for creating an intuitive, best-in-class, end-to-end customer experience, considering the balance between business objectives and customer needs. You will be collaborating with stakeholders, engineers, and product managers to support organizational goals. At the same time, you will be understanding customer needs, identifying usability opportunities, and researching the newest design concepts. You will be translating the findings into wireframes, user task flow diagrams, and functional specifications, seeing it through to delivery. We are looking for an exceptional and self-driven Sr. Product Manager to help us shape the best-in-class customer journey.

The role requires a combination of business and technical acumen, customer-centricity and e-commerce experience. Responsibilities: Collaborating with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high-quality experiences Processing, reviewing and interpreting customer usage data/patterns to find new experience insights Championing the needs of the customer and business stakeholders throughout the execution of the initiative, making sure that what is delivered meets the initial goals and objectives Partnering with user experience engineering, design, consumer insights, and analytics teams to find the best possible solutions Orchestrating the analysis to measure the results of UX features to quantify the business impact, and identify further opportunities Prioritizing, designing, and implementing user experience enhancements and fixes and clearly articulating decisions and tradeoffs Independently driving to agreement on product requirements and directions Researching competition and 3rd party vendors to understand e-commerce market dynamics Qualification: 5+ years of product management experience, with strong business & technical acumen in an agile software development environment 2+ years experience in front-end e-commerce area (enough to be able to represent his/her POV), interpreting data, monitoring, analytics A deep understanding and empathy for user experience Ability to influence management as well as technical and non-technical team members Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional team members;
