This new General Accounting Supervisor within our Shared Success Center will be at the center of the action from initial planning to launch and ongoing operations, providing an amazing opportunity for your talents to make an impact This is an excellent opportunity for an mid-level professional who is looking to expand their skills and grow with a company.

What you will be doing

The role of General Accounting Supervisor is perform specialized accounting duties and supervise Senior and Staff Accountants in the performance of their day to day accounting functions. This could mean:

  • Provide day to day direction for accounting team.
  • Perform special accounting analysis and generate reports accordingly.
  • Review and follow up on general ledger entries and identify any discrepancies.
  • Maintain general ledger master and prepare for month / quarter / year end close.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and policies.
To be successful, you will have
  • Bachelors' degree in accounting, business or finance.
  • 3 - 5 years' experience in accounting with demonstrated supervisory experience.
  • Strong computer skills with high proficiency in Excel.
  • Effectively communicate points in a manner that is consistent with position.
  • High degree of integrity.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks appropriately.
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
