Experience/Skills:3-5 years as an Inside sales representative or equivalent in a technical sales environment. Previous valve experience is highly desirable, but not requiredStrong PC proficiency including MS Office, principal supplied tools, internal business system and internet.Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.COMPETENCIES: Ability to communicate and coordinate with a cross section of other employees, principals, and customers.Strong customer service skills including the ability to develop rapport and trust with customers and other employees.Good conflict resolution and problem solving skills.Strong self-management skills to include dependability, initiative, innovation, professionalism, and organization skills.Demonstrated attention to detail.Demonstrated leadership skills.High ethical standards in dealing with customers and principals.
