Other duties will likely be assigned.Requires availability during core business hours.Develops and grows marketing plans that fosters innovation and creativity.Promote new products and software to drive sales.Maintain client list and schedule for promotion events.Works collaboratively across departments to ensure the implementation of integrated strategies.Interacts with clients following the organization's customer service standards.Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and insights .Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.Collaborate with sales, product development, and other teams to maximize marketing efforts.Manages Cooperative Education Program and Recruiting Efforts with Public Partners, Non-Profits, Recruiting.Execute events, networking opportunities, industry conferences and manage communication.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.Coordinate with corporate marketing team for compliance and approval.Other responsibilities may be assigned.Job duties will be primarily limited to the Greater Cincinnati area; however, out of town travel may be required.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
