Position Overview: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office. Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling and customer inquiries. Handle billing, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping tasks. Maintain accurate records and filing systems. Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, and the welding team. Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards. Assist with inventory tracking and supply ordering. Qualifications: Previous experience in office management or administrative roles. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
