**THE DAY-TO-DAY**

You can be found at the office **Monday Friday, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm**. You also take part in an on-call rotation and occasional overtime.

Your primary goal as a Customer Service Representative is to ensure ultimate scheduling efficiency while always keeping superior customer service in mind. You work hard to ensure that our field technicians are kept busy while maximizing time and mileage. In our fast-paced office environment, most of your time is spent answering incoming client phone calls, dispatching field technicians, responding to emails, and entering work orders into our system.

With each call, you are sure to schedule the right technician for the job. You provide them with a detailed account of each customer's needs. You monitor technician progress in the tracking system so that you can stay in touch throughout the day. This also allows you to update customers if there are any delays. If we're waiting on parts, you schedule return trips when those parts are in. You also schedule fleet maintenance as well as any Design Specialist calls and notify them of consultation appointments. You feel good about ensuring that our customers are happy, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly.
