Summary: Animaging clerk serves a vital role in the loan department. A prospectivecandidate must become familiar with loan documents and the capabilities of theimaging system. Paper documents will become an electronic file viewed withinthe organization and available for auditors. It is crucial that these documentsbe sorted and properly labeled for easy retrieval and storage.

Duties andResponsibilities:

1. Image and index loan files
2. File collateral documents
3. Importing .PDF files
4. Documentation and policy review on auto and unsecured loans
5. Verify previous day file maintenance and new loan report

Secondary orAdditional Job Duties:

1. Backupfor loan booking specialist

2. Prepareimaged file for audits
