Senior Commercial Lighting Project Manager Rexel USA Anaheim, CA Summary The Senior Commercial Lighting Project Manager is responsible for managing high?complexity projects. Duties include placing orders, tracking shipments, billing customers accurately, maintaining customer relationships, collaborating with sales and vendors, and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of high?profile/complex projects requiring extensive product knowledge. Communicate with customers, expedite over?short and damaged items (OS&Ds), and resolve issues promptly. Review Purchase Orders to confirm requirements and ensure terms and conditions are correct. Work with sales and vendors to secure additional margin where possible. Coordinate pricing, order placement, claims, returned goods, and account management to meet customer expectations. Expedite backorders to maximize fill rates and customer satisfaction. Identify pricing advantages and product substitution opportunities to improve overall project profitability. Manage delivery schedule, product quality, information updates and back charges. Seek alternative delivery methods to ensure on?time, on?budget completion. Provide timely price quotations, requotes, and proposals. Deepen customer relationships, including on?site visits as needed. Coordinate with the project team for documentation such as O&M manuals, test reports, submittal packages, and certificates of compliance. Provide training and guidance to entry?level Project Managers. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications 7+ years of quotation, project management, or customer service experience. Experience in the electrical distribution industry preferred. High School diploma or GED required. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Effective communication with customers and peers. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Entrepreneurial spirit, self?motivation, and enthusiasm for the business. Capacity to multi?task in a demanding, time?sensitive environment. Detail?oriented with excellent organizational and time?management skills. Analytical problem?solving ability.
