Quality Control Inspector

Position Overview: As a Quality Control Inspector, you will ensure all IT hardware products meet PlanITROI's rigorous quality standards before reaching consumers. You will play a vital role in enhancing product quality, ensuring adherence to safety and compliance standards, and driving continuous improvement in our processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections of products, following established quality control procedures and ensuring all outputs meet company and legal standards.
- Process Development: Assist in refining and developing effective quality control protocols to optimize efficiency and product consistency.
- Specifications Review: Review and assess product specifications and processes, ensuring compliance from raw materials to final output.
- Compliance Monitoring: Set and enforce requirements for materials and intermediate products, monitoring their alignment with quality standards.
- Collaboration: Provide clear, actionable feedback on product quality to leadership and technicians, promoting improvements.
- Issue Resolution: Identify deviations from quality standards during product development and suggest solutions to ensure consistent quality.
- Final Inspection: Perform detailed tests and inspections on finished products, approving those that meet standards and rejecting those that don't.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, perform statistical analysis on quality metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes, recommending new procedures that enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
- Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of quality control experience in a computer hardware or electronics warehouse environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and basic computer skills.
- Attention to Detail: A meticulous approach to inspecting products and maintaining high standards.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues, troubleshoot effectively, and recommend improvements.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing multiple priorities.
