Service Projects Project Manager & Sales General Temperature Control, a well-respected service contractor with over 35 years of service in the Columbus area, is seeking a Sales Position for HVAC Service Projects to join our growing team. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives on building long-term relationships and achieving results. About the Role As our Sales Position for HVAC Service Projects, you'll play a vital role in expanding our service department by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships, and managing the sales process from lead to close. Working directly with our CEO and Service Team, you'll be instrumental in our continued growth and success. Key Responsibilities Research and identify local businesses with HVAC service needs Develop and maintain relationships with owners and service trades Collaborate with estimators to prepare accurate project proposals Review service plans, specifications, and contract documents Support project teams with field labor and material coordination Drive sales of small to mid-size HVAC service projects Required Qualifications High School Diploma with mechanical trade experience 1-3 years of mechanical service experience Ability to read and interpret service plans, specifications, and contract documents Strong self-motivation and excellent work ethic Outstanding organizational and multitasking abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Quick learner with new software and technology Preferred Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Service Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field $55-65K yearly (commensurate with experience) Health Insurance Paid Vacations, Holidays & Personal Days Monthly Vehicle Allowance Simple IRA with Company Match Company-Provided Phone Professional Development & Training Opportunities Performance-Based Bonus (tied to profitability) Why General Temperature Control? ?
